Our malted corn offerings are a rotating spotlight on regional heirloom varieties. This batch Buena Vista Yellow - an open-pollinated non-GMO dent corn grown by R.P. Hart & Son in Virginia's coastal plain. Hand-selected from a multi-color landrace variety, this predominately yellow corn is speckled with red and pink kernels. Flavors of Corn Flakes®, sunflower seed, and dry grass make it great for American lager, cream ale, and Common.
